Frequently Asked Questions

CommercePix AI by AISellerKit

Common questions about product image generation, bestseller cloning, retouching, credits, and asset handling.

1. What e-commerce scenarios is CommercePix AI best for?

It is designed for storefront hero images, product detail-page sets, marketplace main images, social covers, and product retouching. The goal is to turn product assets into publishable commerce visuals faster, whether you are launching a new product or preparing for a big sale.

2. What is the difference between generate, clone, and retouch?

Generate creates brand-new product visuals from your assets and brief. Clone takes the layout, composition, and style of a bestseller or competitor and applies it to your own product. Retouch improves background, texture, lighting, and clarity while keeping the product accurate. The three can be combined.

3. What should I upload before generating images?

Upload clear product photos, packaging images, detail shots, or real usage scenes. References that show appearance, material, and structure help the model keep product identity consistent. Upload only the angles you need, more images are not always better.

4. Which image formats and sizes are supported?

Common formats such as JPG, JPEG, and PNG are supported, and each image must stay within 5MB. Uploads are validated for type and size, and files that don't meet the limits are skipped with a message.

5. Why is text inside generated images sometimes inaccurate?

Image models can still make mistakes with complex text. Use a clear image-text language, keep headlines and selling points short, and avoid asking the model to render long paragraphs. Always review text before publishing commercially.

6. How are credits deducted, and are failed tasks refunded?

Before generation or retouching, the server checks the enabled model credit configuration and requested quantity. Credits are deducted only when the balance is enough and the model call starts. If a task fails, the credits for that task are refunded automatically.

7. Who owns the generated images, and can I use them commercially?

Subject to the Terms of Service, you own the outputs you generate and may use them for your own commercial e-commerce purposes. AI outputs can contain inaccuracies, so review product accuracy, image text, and platform compliance before publishing.

8. Where are uploaded product images stored, and is it secure?

Uploaded assets, generated results, and task records are saved by account for history, downloads, and iteration. Sensitive keys and model calls are handled on the server, not exposed in the browser. See the Data Security page for more detail.
